Try to stay calm. Knowing your luggage is lost can add to your travel anxiety. Increased anxiety can make you do stupid things. Take a few minutes to collect yourself and then talk to the flight attendant. Yelling and being disrespectful won’t help you get your stuff back quickly. 5. Connect with your flight. Well, this is what happened. You all know we are Team Carryon because none of our luggage or bags were checked on our flight from Los Angeles to Honolulu. We have 4 items, 3 bags.

We went through security, all 4 items and bags were scanned. done TSA Passenger Checkpoint at RED.
We left the TSA checkpoint with everything we had and started walking upstairs to Gate 14. It was only 6:15 in the morning. We had some time to kill before our 7:45am flight to Honolulu. Departure time is 7:15 am. We decided to go to a restaurant (GREEN #3), and had breakfast at Chick-Fil-A. We sat down to eat breakfast and didn’t finish eating until 6:45am.
We started walking towards the gate. I remember pulling “one” carryon, to be honest, I don’t know which carryon I was pulling. I’m pretty sure Evan pulled Delsey, Caitlin has Amazon Basic.
Between me and Nancy, I don’t remember exactly who we were. I think I have Samsonite (missing) and Nancy has Ricardo. It is only a 3-4 minute walk to Gate 14 (Orange). I took a short video and photo of Evan and Caitlin with their Delsey and Amazon Basic items. All I remember is carrying the bag on my back, unloading the Samsonite with my right hand, and taking photos/videos with my left hand. Now, I remember that Nancy was behind us, but I can imagine that Ricardo was with her.

We all reached Gate 14 (Orange Box) before 7 am. We found an empty seat by the wall and put our things down. Again, to be honest, I’m in a fog right now. For social media content, I went to the window to take pictures of Southwest Airlines. I don’t remember or remember taking things to the window. I can’t imagine doing that. I also had to speak to the gate agent (who was on the phone) so I stood there for a few minutes (I didn’t need to carry my luggage again). My question was about the shuttle, and the gate agent advised me to go to another Southwest office (pictured above is Gate 14 with the light box). I’ll say it again
